We offer a serene setting with stunning views and have 64 all-private suites with over 330 square feet of space, chef-prepared cuisine, complimentary WiFi and on-site concierge services. Additionally, we offer rehabilitation by Aegis Therapies® in a 3,000 square foot state-of-the-art gym seven days a week and have an in-house pharmacy for medications.
We have a full-time and hospital-experienced Chief Executive Officer and Medical Director as well as two primary care groups, an infectious disease physician, a physiatrist (rehabilitation physician) and a wound care nurse on staff. We also have embedded nurse practitioners available seven days a week and community nurse practitioners available for home visits after discharge.
The average length of stay at Salude is less than most traditional skilled nursing facilities and over 96% of our patients return to a home setting at final discharge. Patients have a 30-50% less chance of being rehospitalized compared to similar skilled nursing facilities nationwide. For 2019, we have received 95-100% composite patient satisfaction scores showing our commitment to service.
