INPATIENT & OUTPATIENT INTERDISCIPLINARY PAIN MANAGEMENT
Salude is proud to announce the opening of our Inpatient and Outpatient Interdisciplinary Pain Management program, The Rizor Institute, which specializes in the treatment of chronic and acute pain.
Interdisciplinary Pain Management (IPM) is one of the most clinically and consecutive approaches in healthcare for the treatment of chronic pain. IPM programs in the past have produced results for the average chronic pain patient at a 276% increase in physical functioning, a 45% reduction in pain, an 85% reduction in opioid intake and a 60% return to work.
Interdisciplinary Pain Management Model of Care
Salude's comprehensive IPM program includes a Medical Director, Nurse, Psychologist, Physical Therapist and Occupational Therapist and requires that all services are provided to patients in the same care setting. This allows patients to be treated in an integrated and comprehensive manner based on their individual needs.
The Rizor Institute is a contracted provider of Aetna
The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) Three-Year Accreditation was awarded to The Rizor Institute at Salude, a premier program conducted by experienced professionals in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility.
Accreditation through CARF is earned through a continued commitment to enhancing the quality of our services and programs with a focus on the satisfaction of the patients we serve.
